  • 49ers TE George Kittle was placed on IR with a hamstring injury and will miss at least 4 weeks.

  • 49ers QB Brock Purdy is expected to miss 2-5 weeks for the 49ers. It is a hopeful sign that he was not placed on IR. Mac Jones will start in his place.

  • The Jaguars traded RB Tank Bigsby to the Eagles - a non-surprising move after having 4 active RBs in Week 1.

  • The 49ers waived kicker Jake Moody and immediately signed veteran Eddy Pineiro.

  • Eagles TE Dallas Goedert is battling a sprained knee and is questionable to today’s game vs. the Chiefs.

  • Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin returned to practice this week - the team insists that Week 5 is still his targeted return date.

  • Commanders RB Austin Ekeler suffered a torn achilles in Thursday’s game against the Packers. His season is over.

  • Packers WR Jayden Reed broke his collarbone on Thursday against the Commanders. He is expected to be out until at least November.

  • Browns rookie RB Quinshon Judkins is expected to make his debut today against the Ravens. He is expected to have the snaps of a backup.

  • Raiders TE Brock Bowers practiced Saturday and is expected to be ready to Monday nigh against the Chargers.

  • Falcons kicker Younghoe Koo is will be inactive on Sunday night with Parker Romo being elevated to take his place.

  • The Patriots traded WR Ja’Lynn Polk to the Saints and a 7th round pick for a 6th round pick yesterday. He was placed on season-ending IR in August and will not play until 2026.
