Welcome to our continued series ranking the top fantasy football offenses for 2026!

Each of the past two weeks, we ranked the bottom 16 teams for fantasy football. If you missed those two articles, be sure to check our Part 1 and Part 2. We also identified one sleeper for each of those teams.

Here’s a quick glance at the bottom 16 teams:

In Part 3, we're ranking teams No. 16 through No. 9. As a reminder, we are using the average draft position from the National Fantasy Football Championship (NFFC) leagues since those leagues are actively drafting right now.

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Packers have two players going inside the top-60 (Josh Jacobs and Christian Watson), and another player (Tucker Kraft) has a top-100 ADP. Jacobs has a 34.9 ADP, Watson has a 57.5 ADP, and Kraft has an 84.2 ADP.

Sleeper: Jayden Reed

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed has a real opportunity in front of him this year. The Packers traded away Dontayvion Wicks and let Romeo Doubs walk in free agency. The departure of both Wicks and Doubs should lead to more targets for Reed in the passing game.

That increased passing volume should help Reed be a consistent fantasy WR3. His underlying metrics from prior seasons suggest that this could be his best year yet. In 2023, he ranked top-10 in both fantasy points per route run and fantasy points per target. In 2024, he ranked first in fantasy points per target. If that production translates at a higher volume in 2026, Reed could be a fantasy star.

Sleeper ADP: 116.1

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Giants have two players (Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo) going inside the top-60 and one player (Jaxson Dart) going inside the top-100. This Giants trio gets the nod over the Packers trio because both Nabers (32.7 ADP) and Skattebo (46.1 ADP) are going earlier than Jacobs and Watson in drafts.

Sleeper: Isaiah Likely

Fantasy managers have waited years for Isaiah Likely to be the main TE in an offense. Well, that will finally come true after the Giants signed him to a three-year deal this offseason. He now has a prime opportunity in front of him to be a strong TE1 in fantasy this year.

Dart threw to his TEs 23.7% of the time in 2025. That number could even rise more this year, as Likely ranked top-14 among all TEs in target separation, yards per target, average target distance (aDOT), and yards per reception last year. All signs point to the new Giants TE being a key weapon in this offense.

Sleeper ADP: 117.3

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Chiefs have two players going inside the top-60 (Kenneth Walker and Rashee Rice) and one inside the top-100 (Patrick Mahomes). Since Walker and Rice both have a top-30 ADP, they get the edge over the two teams behind them.

Sleeper: Emmett Johnson

Kansas City Chiefs rookie running back Emmett Johnson is a sneaky pickup in drafts this year. Most fantasy managers expect Walker to be the workhorse back, but that's a role he's not used to. The former Seahawks RB has never had more than 230 carries in a season.

Even if Walker does see the majority of work in this backfield, Johnson could be worth a pick in deeper leagues. The Chiefs selected him in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and the rookie has the athleticism to see some consistent work in Year 1. He had the 11th most explosive runs (36) and the eighth most forced tackles missed (68) in his final college season at Nebraska.

Being Walker's backup could be beneficial, especially since the Super Bowl MVP has battled injuries throughout his career.

Sleeper ADP: 150.8

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 3

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Ravens have three players going inside the top-60 (Derrick Henry, Lamar Jackson, and Zay Flowers) in fantasy drafts. This trio edges the Chiefs, as Henry (23.5 ADP), Flowers (38.8 ADP), and Jackson (51.7 ADP) have a lower combined ADP.

Sleeper: Tyler Loop

There really aren’t any sleepers on this Ravens team. Mark Andrews continues to regress, Justice Hill is only used in the passing game, and Rashod Bateman has not really ever been fantasy-reliable throughout his career.

So, how about highlighting kicker Tyler Loop here?

If you are still in a league with kickers, Loop is a fantastic target with your last pick. He went 30-for-34 on field goals and 44-for-46 on extra points in his rookie season. The 24-year-old finished as the overall K12 in fantasy and will be the starting kicker on a Ravens offense that ranked 27th in red-zone touchdown percentage in 2025.

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Bills have James Cook (11.7 ADP) and Josh Allen (27.4 ADP) going inside the top-60, and D.J. Moore (64.1 ADP) going inside the top-100. These three players should all be viable fantasy options in 2026.

Sleeper: Dalton Kincaid

The biggest thing that has held Dalton Kincaid back in each of the past two years is injuries. He missed four games in 2024 with a PCL injury and another five games in 2025 due to an ongoing knee issue/hamstring strain. But when Kincaid has been on the field, he’s been a viable fantasy TE option.

The Bills playmaker scored over 14 PPR fantasy points in five of 12 games last year. He thrived on limited snaps and posted some of the best underlying metrics at the TE position. Kincaid ranked first in yards per target, second in yards per reception, first in fantasy points per route run, and second in fantasy points per target.

If he can stay healthy, he could be a bona fide TE1 superstar in 2026.

Sleeper ADP: 107.3

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 4

Reasoning for Ranking: The Chargers have four players going inside the top-100 in drafts. Two of those players (Omarion Hampton and Ladd McConkey) have a top-60 ADP, and the other two players (Justin Herbert and Quentin Johnston) have an ADP between 65 and 100.

Sleeper: Keaton Mitchell

Most fantasy managers might not know much about Keaton Mitchell. He tore his ACL during his rookie season in 2023, only played in five games in his sophomore season in 2024, and was stuck behind Henry on the depth chart last year.

However, Mitchell could thrive in this Los Angeles system in 2026. He’s running behind an offensive line that will be back to full strength, and the Chargers paid him solid money to be a backup (two-years, $9.25 million). It’s fair to expect Mitchell to mix in on early downs to give Hampton a breather. That could be enough for him to be a sneaky fantasy option in 2026.

Mitchell ranked third among all running backs in true yards per carry last year and is currently averaging 6.3 yards per carry across his 121 career rush attempts. He doesn’t need many opportunities to be a potential flex play in some leagues.

Sleeper ADP: 164.9

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 2

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 3

Reasoning for Ranking: The Falcons have two players going inside the top-60 (Bijan Robinson and Drake London) and one going inside the top-100 (Kyle Pitts). Having Robinson (1.6 ADP) and London (18.7 ADP) is why Atlanta ranks inside the top-10.

Sleeper: Brian Robinson Jr.

There aren’t really any viable fantasy options on this Falcons team outside of Robinson, London, and Pitts. Tua Tagovailoa/Michael Penix Jr. are likely only superflex targets, and rookie Zachariah Branch will be very hit-or-miss early in his career.

However, one player to potentially target in the middle-to-later rounds is Brian Robinson Jr. While he won’t have any standalone value, he would become a low-end RB1 if Bijan Robinson ever misses time. Fantasy managers should be shooting for that potential upside at this point in drafts.

If you also draft Bijan in the first round, it’s almost a must to grab Brian as a handcuff later in drafts.

Sleeper ADP: 123.7

Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 4

Reasoning for Ranking: The 49ers have two players inside the top-60 (Christian McCaffrey and Mike Evans) and another two going inside the top-100 (Brock Purdy and Ricky Pearsall). Having four players in the top 100 gives them the edge over the teams ahead of them.

Sleeper: George Kittle

The reason why George Kittle finds himself going outside the top-100 in current drafts has to do with the ruptured Achilles he suffered during the 2025-2026 playoffs. However, he is the best value pick at the TE position in drafts this summer.

Kittle is currently ahead of schedule in his recovery and could be ready for training camp. Whenever the 49ers playmaker has been on the field, he has been a fantasy superstar. Take this discount on Kittle because he could be ready to go early in the year. He averaged 14.7 PPR fantasy points per game in 2025.

Sleeper ADP: 100.4
