Welcome to our new series ranking the top fantasy football offenses for 2026!
We'll roll out rankings for all 32 offenses between now and mid-August, ranking each team by how many players it has inside the top 60 and top 100 in current NFFC (National Fantasy Football Championship) drafts. These high-stakes leagues are drafting right now, giving us a real-time look at where players are actually being taken.
Each team breakdown also includes one sleeper who should be on every fantasy manager's radar. In Part 1, we're ranking teams No. 32 through No. 25.
32. Tennessee Titans

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 0
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 2
Reasoning for Ranking: The Titans have no players in the top-60 and only two players (Carnell Tate & Tony Pollard) in the top-100. Tate checks in with a 66.5 ADP, while Pollard has an 83.9 ADP.
Sleeper: Wan’Dale Robinson
Robinson joins the Titans this season after a career year with the New York Giants in 2025 (WR14 PPR finish). While he will be battling with Carnell Tate and Calvin Ridley for targets, he landed in a genuinely good spot for his fantasy value.
Cam Ward ranked toward the bottom of the league in yards per attempt, adjusted yards per pass attempt, and air yards per attempt. Those short passes could go all to Robinson, as he thrives on catching short passes and running after the catch rather than downfield shots.
Sleeper ADP: 115.3
WalterPicks rank: WR46 (ceiling: WR21)
31. Cleveland Browns

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players:: 2
Reasoning for Ranking: The Browns have only one player inside the top-60 (Quinshon Judkins) and another inside the top-100 (Harold Fannin Jr.), giving them two total players inside the top-100. Judkins has a 52.4 ADP, while Fannin has an 80.7 ADP.
Sleeper: KC Concepcion
The Browns selected Concepcion in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. He now joins a Browns offense that lacks a true WR1. Jerry Jeudy is coming off a career-worst season, and Cleveland didn’t add any notable WRs in free agency.
Concepcion has a real path to leading this offense in targets. At Texas A&M last season, he caught 61 passes for 919 yards and nine touchdowns. That type of production made him one of the more explosive receivers in this class. He also brings standout YAC ability, with over half his college yardage coming after the catch. That should pair well with a Cleveland passing game that could lean on quick, high-percentage looks.
Sleeper ADP: 143.2
WalterPicks rank: WR48 (ceiling: WR18)
30. Carolina Panthers

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 2
Reasoning for Ranking: The Panthers only have Tetairoa McMillan going inside the top-60, and Chuba Hubbard going inside the top-100. These two appear to be the only viable set starters for your fantasy lineup to begin the year. McMillan has a 35.7 ADP, while Hubbard has a 72.6 ADP.
Sleeper: Jalen Coker
Jalen Coker will enter the season as the Panthers’ WR2. In this role last year, Coker posted some solid numbers down the stretch. He scored in double figures in PPR formats in four of the final seven games and exploded for a nine-catch, 134-yard, one-touchdown performance in the Wild Card Round.
Coker has the potential to be a solid flex play throughout the 2026 season. He ranked 12th in fantasy points per target, fifth in premium production, and seventh in target premium among all WRs in 2025.
Sleeper ADP: 144.9
WalterPicks rank: WR53 (ceiling: WR29)
29. Miami Dolphins

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 1
Reasoning for Ranking: The Dolphins have only one player with an ADP inside the top-100, and it’s De’Von Achane. His top-20 ADP, though, is why Miami checks in above the Titans, Browns, and Panthers.
Sleeper: Malik Willis
Malik Willis is one of the best value picks at the QB position in drafts this year. Although Willis will be starting for a Dolphins team that lacks a true WR1, his rushing upside alone makes him an appealing selection in drafts.
In Willis’ one start for the Packers last year, he rushed nine times for 60 yards and two touchdowns en route to a 31.5 PPR fantasy point day. Even when he relieved Jordan Love in another game, he rushed for 44 yards in 2 ½ quarters. That type of rushing could push the new Dolphins signal-caller to QB1 status.
Sleeper ADP: 137.8
WalterPicks rank: QB17 (ceiling: QB2)
28. Minnesota Vikings

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 1
Reasoning for Ranking: Like the Dolphins, the Vikings only have one player going inside the top-100. That player just happens to be Justin Jefferson. His top-12 ADP puts Minnesota in the No. 28 spot.
Sleeper: Jordan Mason
Jordan Mason is truly going under the radar in fantasy drafts this season. While he will start the season in a timeshare with Aaron Jones, it’s clear that the veteran is on his last legs. With Jones turning 32 years old in December, there could be a turning of the guard at the RB position on this team in 2026.
Last year, Mason ranked 11th in explosive rating, 13th in true yards per carry, and 13th in juke rate among all RBs. Jones has also dealt with some injuries over the last few years, which could help Mason maintain low-end RB2 numbers throughout the season. If Jones ever misses any time, Mason would immediately have low-end RB1 value.
Sleeper ADP: 146.6
WalterPicks rank: RB39 (ceiling: RB34)
27. Washington Commanders

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 2
Reasoning for Ranking: The Commanders have one player going inside the top-60 (Terry McLaurin) and another going inside the top-100 (Jayden Daniels). While these two are strong fantasy options, it’s hard to rank Washington higher because no player is going inside the top-50.
Sleeper: Rachaad White
This Commander’s backfield is a huge question mark entering the season. Jacory Croskey-Merritt never really seized that RB1 role last year, Rachaad White is now added to the mix, and Washington selected Kaytron Allen in the later rounds of this year’s draft.
However, White has a huge opportunity to be the featured back in this offense. He is the most experienced, a really good pass-catcher, and has averaged over 4.3 yards per carry in back-to-back years. His pass-catching upside will be massive in PPR formats, as he has caught at least 50 passes in three of his four seasons.
Sleeper ADP: 160.2
WalterPicks rank: RB31 (ceiling: RB16)
26. Seattle Seahawks

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 1
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players: 2
Reasoning for Ranking: The Seahawks have just one player inside the top-60 (Jaxon Smith-Njigba) and another inside the top-100 (Jadarian Price). Having one top-10 ADP and another top-100 player gives them the edge over the teams before them.
Sleeper: Emanuel Wilson
The Seahawks have already said they will not be giving Price a bellcow role. That opens up the door for Emanuel Wilson to see his fair share of opportunities as the RB2 in this Seattle backfield.
Last season, Wilson posted strong numbers when he did get some chances in Green Bay’s offense. He had a 13.9 PPR fantasy point day in Week 11 and had a 26.5 PPR fantasy point game in Week 12. If he can get somewhere between eight and 14 touches each game, he can be a sneaky flex option in a solid offense.
Sleeper ADP: 203.3
WalterPicks rank: RB51 (ceiling: RB41)
25. Pittsburgh Steelers

Number of Top-60 Fantasy Players: 0
Number of Top-100 Fantasy Players:: 4
Reasoning for Ranking: The Steelers are only one of two teams with no players going inside the top-60 in drafts this year. But they benefit from having four players inside the top-100 (Michael Pittman Jr., Rico Dowdle, Jaylen Warren, and DK Metcalf).
Sleeper: Steelers D/ST
The Steelers don’t really have any sleepers going outside the top-100. Aaron Rodgers is not a viable fantasy QB option, Pat Freiermuth is not a top TE to target in drafts, and Germie Bernard is only really a target in extremely deep leagues.
If you are looking for a sleeper from this team, though, the Steelers D/ST is worth a look in drafts. This unit has a solid schedule to start the season and has finished as a top-10 D/ST in three straight years. Fantasy managers can start them in Week 1 against the Falcons and Week 4 against the Browns.
Sleeper ADP: N/A
WalterPicks rank: D/ST9 (ceiling: D/ST1)
