Willis to Thrill-Us in Miami?

After releasing Tua Tagovailoa, and subsequently taking the largest dead cap hit in the NFL history, the Dolphins signed Malik Willis to a 3-year, 67.5M contract.

A mobile QB that showcased serious flashes in his limited opportunities now finds himself on an offense with Jaylen Waddle and Devon Achane.

Fantasy Outlook:

Willis will have a higher ADP than most fantasy football players may currently realize. He offers dynamic rushing ability, as well as some underrated passing prowess. In my estimation, Willis is going to garner Justin Fields-esque fantasy hype.

Willis is an upgrade from the final iteration of Tua that we saw, which is great for Jaylen Waddle, Malik Washington and whatever other pass-catchers the Dolphins bring in.

Mike Takes a Hike (to San Francisco)

In a move that makes too much sense, Mike Evans has signed a 3-year, $60.4M deal with the 49ers.

The best Bucs WR of all time now finds himself as the WR1 on one of the premier offenses in the NFL.

Fantasy Outlook:

If Evans remains healthy, he has just as high of a weekly ceiling as he's ever had. As for the rest of the 49ers - at worst, they're all looking at staying the same.

It's possible that Ricky Pearsall emerges as the top WR for SF. But, the Niners are now paying Evans a sizable contract, and they certainly intend on getting the most out of the capital spent.

As long as the 49ers stay healthy (which is a massive if), the offensive weapons will all be in a great spot. I would anticipate Evans' ADP to be anywhere from the 4th to 7th rounds.
