Biggest Draft Risers šŸ“ˆ

Keenan Allen’s ADP has finally corrected itself, rising 20+ spots after signing with the Chargers almost two weeks ago.

Quinshon Judkins’ legal issues have subsided and he is expected to sign sometime soon. It is unclear whether there is still a possibility of a suspension but a major hurdle has been removed from him returning to the field. If he turns out to be ready to go Week 1 and not be suspended, he could climb as high to the top 20-25 RBs.

Chase Brown and De’Von Achane both saw jumps this week. Chase Brown continues to go up following the release of Zach Moss. Achane has now passed Ashton Jeanty despite dealing with some sort of mysterious minor injury.

James Cook signed an extension with the Bill and returned to practice in full, ending any potential holdout for this season.

Emeka Egbuka, TreVeyon Henderson, Matthew Golden, and Braelon Allen have all been recipients of tons of training camp hype. Matthew Golden is a new entry on the list this week, likely sparked by injuries affecting almost every other Packers receiver. It looks like he is going to get consistent playing time right away.

Tony Pollard gets a bump this week following news that Titans RB Tyjae Spears is dealing with the high ankle sprain.

Note: With reports yesterday that the Commanders have explored trading RB Brian Robinson Jr., expect RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt to be one of the biggest risers next week.

Biggest Draft Fallers šŸ“‰

Puka Nacua is the biggest faller this week and Davante Adams joins him on the list. Drafters are becoming less and less confident that this will be a normal/healthy Matt Stafford season and its hard to blame them. The reports are getting more concerning, and we are getting very close to the season. That being said, the Rams have one of the better backup QB’s in the league - Jimmy Garoppolo.

Rashee Rice will reportedly not be suspended to start the season but now seems much more likely to be extended midseason. This is worse for fantasy football, as the early weeks are much easier to navigate missing players with no byes. There was also a report that the NFL’s initial proposed suspension was 10-games. Rice is an uncomfortably risky pick right now.

Justin Jefferson, Joe Mixon, Chris Godwin, Darnell Mooney and Brandon Aiyuk have all gone another week without practicing. 49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan suggested that Aiyuk could return by Week 6. And confidence in Joe Mixon returning by the start of the season is almost completely gone at this point.

Tyjae Spears joins the ranks of injured fallers with a high ankle sprain.

Tre Harris and Quinton Johnston continue to fall following the Keenan Allen signing. Quinton Johnston was also carted off the field with a concussion during the Chargers 3rd preseason game.

Some nervousness around Breece Hall’s workload has begun. With all the hype that Braelon Allen has received, its looking less and less like he will have a workhorse role.
