š Fantasy Football Trade Report
Here is the fantasy football trade report following Week 2. We list several buy low/sell high options heading into Week 3!
Do NOT overreact after just two weeks. The fantasy football season is very long, and things can change quickly. If you are worried about your team, now is the perfect time to start making trades.
With the WalterPicks trade analyzer, you can see how each trade affects your team and what your team will look like once the trade goes into effect. So, donāt miss out on winning every trade and sync YOUR league to the WalterPicks app.
Buy Low/Sell High

Buy Low: WR Ladd McConkey
Fantasy managers might be a bit frustrated with Ladd McConkeyās production this early in the season. He has scored fewer fantasy points than both Keenan Allen and Quentin Johnston through the first two weeks, and his target share isnāt exactly ideal. McConkey is tied with Johnston for second on the team in targets (14).
However, he is absolutely a player you should be trading for in most formats. The Chargers have been much more pass-heavy than we all expected going into the year, which means the big fantasy games will be coming for the second-year playmaker. Los Angeles is throwing the ball about 56% of the time to begin the season.
So, things should eventually improve for McConkey. He has totaled at least five catches in both games and is averaging eight first-read targets per contest so far. The 23-year-old already has a safe floor on a Chargers offense that ranks 11th in pass plays per game. Imagine what happens when he starts catching touchdowns.
Thatās why now is the best time to buy him. His fantasy value might never be lower the rest of the season. So, see what it would take to acquire him. You could potentially get him for someone like Davante Adams or Zay Flowers.

Sell High: RB James Conner
The biggest question mark for James Conner entering the season was how much work second-year running back Trey Benson was going to get. After two weeks, itās safe to say that Benson figures to be a major part of this Arizona Cardinals offense moving forward.
Conner saw his snap share drop from 65% to 55% last week, and his lack of work in the receiving game was most notable. He ran just nine routes in the win over the Panthers, with his route rate dropping to 34.6%. Thatās because Benson took over the primary pass-catching work. He ran 16 routes with a 61.5% route rate.
Given that Benson played a career-high 24 snaps in Week 2, it might be time to sell Conner. He hasnāt looked great on the ground through two weeks ā averaging just 3.17 yards per carry ā and this could be a 55-45 split between the Arizona RBs moving forward.
Since Conner has scored above 12 PPR fantasy points in both games this season, you could likely get a solid return for him. Maybe you could trade the veteran for rookie TreVeyon Henderson or a WR like DK Metcalf.

Buy Low: RB Tony Pollard
Things certainly look bleak for this Titans offense right now. This offensive line is currently one of the worst in the NFL, and the offense has only scored one touchdown so far this season. Those two things have hurt Tony Pollardās fantasy value to start the year.
Nonetheless, there is a ton to be encouraged by from Pollard in the early going. He has played 89% of the teamās offensive snaps in back-to-back games and has totaled 39 touches in those two contests. Last week, the 28-year-old was the only Tennessee RB to receive a touch in the game.
As a result, Pollard is a fantastic buy-low at this point in the season. He continues to operate as a workhorse back, and we are still a few weeks away from Tyjae Spears (ankle) returning. That means better days could be ahead for him.
He has run at least 20 routes in consecutive games and just ran for 92 yards in last weekās loss. His fantasy value might be trending down right now, but if you can acquire him for someone like Tyrone Tracy Jr., that is a major win.
Using the WalterPicks Trade Analyzer
Each week, we will look at some recent trades that went down in Yahoo! leagues and use the WalterPicks trade analyzer to see if these trades were fair. This section is a way for you to see where players might be valued in the app.
Trade 1:
Team 1 Receives: WR Emeka Egbuka
Team 2 Receives: RB Chuba Hubbard

Ruling: Even trade. Both Egbuka and Hubbard are valued about the same in the WalterPicks app. One team likely needed WR help while the other team likely needed RB help.
Trade 2:
Team 1 Receives: RB James Cook + QB Josh Allen
Team 2 Receives: WR CeeDee Lamb + QB Jalen Hurts

Ruiling: Another even trade. It appears that Team 1 needs some RB help and gets that with James Cook. Losing CeeDee Lamb definitely hurts Team 1ās WR room, but getting a slight QB upgrade in Josh Allen makes the deal all-around even.
Trade 3:
Team 1 Receives: WR Keenan Allen + WR Stefon Diggs
Team 2 Receives: WR A.J. Brown

Ruling: Team 1 easily wins this trade. Allen is actually ranked higher than A.J. Brown the rest of the season, meaning Team 1 might have ripped off Team 2 in this trade. Not only does Team 1 get the best player in the deal, but Team 1 also gets another WR in Stefon Diggs.
