Fantasy Risers After Week 6 šŸ“ˆ

Kayshon Boutte:

Kayshon Boutte has shown major flashes this season, and those flashes came to fruition in Week 6. He has big play capabilities, and the Patriots’ schedule is advantageous for the remainder of the season. With how Drake Maye is playing, Boutte is certainly an enticing boom/bust on a weekly basis. He is reminiscent to Tre Tucker.

Kimani Vidal:

Vidal showed that he is the top healthy running back on the Chargers right now, and he is going to project very well moving forward, assuming LA does not acquire another back that matches his skill set. Double check your waivers to see if he is available in your league.

Rico Dowdle:

Rico Dowdle has looked like one of the best running backs in the entire NFL over the last two weeks. Chuba Hubbard’s return is looming, but the Panthers would be absolutely foolish to not make Dowdle the weekly starter. If the Panthers do the right thing, Dowdle has league-winner potential.

Brian Thomas Jr.:

BTJ took advantage of an injured Seattle secondary, totaling over 20 PPR points, while catching 9 of his 10 targets. He has some decent matchups moving forward, and we’re projecting him to build off this performance moving forward.

Fantasy Fallers After Week 5 šŸ“‰

Tony Pollard:

Simply put, Tony Pollard is on the worst offense in the NFL. He does not have any sort of weekly ceiling, and it would be considered a smart move to leave him on your bench. He has two tough matchups coming up with the Patriots and Colts.

Justin Fields:

Fields has two good matchups coming up, but it is difficult to see the scenario where he takes full advantage of this, especially if Garrett Wilson misses time. He is not the worst start in the world, but there is a world where he is benched some time in the near future.

Juwan Johnson:

Juwan Johnson is unstartable at this juncture. He went from elite option to bottom tier option rapidly. He has gone under 6 PPR points in three consecutive weeks, and, to be frank, he can be dropped with no apprehension.

Hassan Haskins:

Haskins was quickly usurped for the top role on the Chargers. Vidal played far better than he did, and with a new RB likely to enter the fold soon, Haskins can be comfortably dropped.

Add/Drop/Trade Candidates

TRADE FOR Michael Pittman Jr.:

Pittman is very talented, and his Week 6 performance is not indicative of what we are projecting from him moving forward. Josh Downs has looked good, but he fills a different role than MPJ. The touchdowns will continue to come for Pittman, and we recommend attempting to buy low on his services.

TRADE AWAY Xavier Worthy:

Rashee Rice is returning this week, which is the first reason to trade away Xavier Worthy. Secondly, a goal line touchdown salvaged his performance in Week 6, and goal line touchdowns are not something commonly done by the young wideout. See what sort of return you can garner for Worthy.

ADD Jaxson Dart:

Jaxson Dart is going to project as a top-12 fantasy QB in the WalterPicks app moving forward. He runs the ball among the most of any QB, and he is also limiting his turnovers (zero in 2 of his 3 games). His schedule is tough, but we are projecting that to benefit his rush share. He can be started with some level of confidence.

DROP Calvin Ridley:

We have recommended dropping Ridley in the past, but with his hamstring injury, as well as the difficult schedule, and his terrible team, he is unlikely to be started by any serious fantasy managers moving forward. Drop him confidently.

Blake Snell UNDER 17.5 Out Recorded at -145 on Fanatics

Snellzilla is obviously an excellent pitcher, but the Brewers have been working excellent counts so far in the postseason. In addition to this, Milwaukee has been getting on the board early in games. We have the Brewers projected to get Blake Snell out of this game before the 6th inning concludes.
