With the 2026 NFL Draft now in the rearview mirror, this is a good time to see where player stocks stand looking ahead to the 2026 season. This is a 3-round mock draft for a 12-man full PPR league done on April 29!
If you want to see how much things have changed over the past four months. Check out the first mock draft we put together back on January 1.
Round 1

1.01: RB Bijan Robinson
The 1.01 came down to Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs, but Robinson is the way to go here. He finished as the overall RB2 in PPR formats last season and will have the Atlanta backfield to himself after Tyler Allgeier left in the offseason.
1.02: RB Jahmyr Gibbs
Gibbs then comes in as the 1.02 following another dominant fantasy season. He averaged 21.6 PPR fantasy points per game last season and will enter 2026 with both a high ceiling and floor. The departure of David Montgomery raises his ceiling a bit.
1.03: WR Ja’Marr Chase
You can’t go wrong with picking Ja’Marr Chase at the 1.03. He has totaled over 1,400 yards in back-to-back seasons and has finished as a top-4 fantasy WR in consecutive years. Being the focal point of a high-octane offense, Chase should have another strong fantasy campaign.
1.04: WR Puka Nacua
Puka Nacua was the best fantasy WR in 2025. He averaged 23.4 PPR fantasy points per game and finished as the overall WR1 for the first time in his career. With Matthew Stafford returning for another season, Nacua is a safe pick early in the first round.
1.05: WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Jaxon Smith-Njigba fully broke out last season, finishing with a career-high 119 catches, 1,793 yards, and 10 touchdowns. He finished as a WR1 in 12 weeks and will remain the top target in this Seattle offense in 2026. He’s a smash pick at the 1.05.
1.06: RB Christian McCaffrey
While there are some injury concerns with Christian McCaffrey following a 413-touch season, it’s hard to pass on him at this point in drafts. As long as he’s healthy, he’s going to produce elite fantasy numbers. McCaffrey has finished as the RB1 or RB2 in three of the last four years.
1.07: WR CeeDee Lamb
CeeDee Lamb will remain an elite fantasy WR. He will once again be Dak Prescott’s favorite target in the passing game and has overall WR1 upside on a top offense. Lamb is also due for positive touchdown regression after totaling only three last year.
1.08: WR Amon-Ra St. Brown
Amon-Ra St. Brown is a high-floor selection at the 1.08. He has finished as the WR3 in three straight seasons and has caught 23 touchdowns over these three years. There isn’t a safer WR to pick in Round 1.
1.09: WR Justin Jefferson
Justin Jefferson was one of the biggest fantasy busts last year. He averaged just 11.9 PPR fantasy points and scored in single digits in PPR formats in six of the final nine weeks. But the addition of Kyler Murray does boost Jefferson’s fantasy value for 2026.
1.10: RB Jonathan Taylor
Jonathan Taylor is the fourth RB off the board after a dominant 2025 season. He finished as the overall RB4 behind a 1,585-yard, 18-touchdown campaign. With another workhorse season in store for Taylor, he’s a nice pick here.
1.11: RB James Cook
James Cook has fully established himself as a top-5 fantasy RB entering 2026. He has finished as an RB1 in three consecutive seasons and averaged an impressive 17.8 PPR fantasy points last year. He also saw a career-high 309 carries.
1.12: RB De’Von Achane
Although the Dolphins aren’t projected to win many games this year, De’Von Achane is still a top pick in PPR formats. He’ll remain a big part of Miami’s passing attack and could lead the team in receptions after the departure of Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill.
Round 2

2.01: RB Ashton Jeanty
The situation around Ashton Jeanty has improved. Fernando Mendoza is a QB upgrade over Geno Smith, and the Raiders addressed the OL this offseason. Given Jeanty’s potential as a workhorse, he’s a logical pick early in Round 2.
2.02: RB Kenneth Walker
Kenneth Walker to the Kansas City Chiefs is a fantasy dream. He will assume the RB1 role on an offense led by Andy Reid, and there is no competition for touches in this backfield right now. That’s enough reason to draft Walker early.
2.03: RB Omarion Hampton
The breakout potential is there for Omarion Hampton in Year 2. Injuries are finally behind him, and the Chargers OL will be at full strength again. After averaging 15.1 PPR fantasy points as a rookie, Hampton has top-5 upside.
2.04: RB Saquon Barkley
Saquon Barkley is getting up there in age, as he just turned 29 years old. But Barkley is still a high-floor selection in Round 2. He is one of the few workhorse RBs in the league and will see upward of 300 touches again in 2026.
2.05: WR Drake London
If Drake London didn’t sprain his PCL later in the 2025 season, he would have finished as a top-8 fantasy WR. Before his injury, London averaged 19.7 PPR fantasy points from Week 1 to Week 11. He could be a value pick at this spot in drafts.
2.06: WR Malik Nabers
There is some risk in taking Malik Nabers at this point in drafts. He is coming off a torn ACL and might not even be ready for the start of Training Camp. Assuming he’s fully healthy, he is a high upside pick at the 2.06. Nabers will be a target hog this season.
2.07: RB Chase Brown
Chase Brown was one of the best fantasy RBs last year, especially in the second half. He was the RB6 from Week 8 to Week 17 and was the RB4 in PPR fantasy points per game (21.5) during this stretch.
2.08: WR Nico Collins
This is a good spot for Nico Collins in most drafts. He finished as the WR8 in PPR formats last year and averaged a solid 15.1 PPR fantasy points per game. Since he’ll continue to be the featured target in this Houston offense, he’s a strong fantasy WR1.
2.09: TE Trey McBride
Trey McBride finished as the overall TE1 last year and averaged 21.8 PPR fantasy points with Jacoby Brissett under center (Week 6 to Week 17). Considering Brissett is set to start for the Cardinals this season, McBride is a top pick at the 2.09.
2.10: WR George Pickens
George Pickens was an elite fantasy option in his first season with the Cowboys. He finished as the overall WR5 and averaged 17.2 PPR fantasy points. There’s no going wrong with Pickens here on an offense that will throw 40+ times per game.
2.11: WR A.J. Brown
The expectation is that A.J. Brown will be traded to the Patriots after June 1. If that happens, Brown will have top-5 fantasy WR upside. Drake Maye is a better passer than Jalen Hurts, and Brown won’t have as much target competition in New England.
2.12: WR Chris Olave
Even though the Saints added Jordyn Tyson in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, Chris Olave is a fantastic pick with the last pick of the second round. He averaged 18.2 PPR fantasy points per game with Tyler Shough last season.
